Palliative care
All the palliative care and support you need
What is palliative care?
This is specialised care for those with serious or terminal illnesses.
Our support centres around offering relief from the symptoms, and helping the patient to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
The goal is also to improve the quality of life for the family.
Specialist support and end-of-life care
Witnessing a loved-one affected by a terminal illness can be deeply distressing.
Our role is to do all we can to alleviate that distress. That’s where we come in – offering specialist support with the everyday tasks, enabling you and your family to make the most of the time you have together.
Palliative home care enables the patient to stay where they’re most comfortable – surrounded by familiar objects and people.
Are you looking for full-time live-in care ? Or perhaps you’d prefer visiting care . Either way, you’ll receive from us all the care that’s needed.
This might include
- Personal care
- pain management support
- administering medication
- cooking meals
- running errands - perhaps food shopping or collecting prescriptions
- caring for a pet
- just chatting over a cup of coffee
Our service is available alongside several of our other services
